The Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Miranda
In 1965, Miranda submits a request for a Supreme Court trial. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has taken an interest in Miranda's case and recruits attorneys John J. Flynn and John P. Frank to represent Miranda. The Supreme Court agrees to take on the case on November 15, 1965. |
